Gates
Always lock both sets of gates behind you when arriving or leaving the site via the Penn Road entrance. When entering the site via the Wynn Road pedestrian entrance please lock the gate immediately after entering.
If you are asked to leave the gates open for any reason they should not be left unattended and never allow someone onto our site that you do not know.
Access
You must never let another person on site who is not personally known to you. This includes giving access to deliveries of woodchip and manure which must be agreed in advance by the committee.
Visitors
If you have arranged to meet someone at Penn Road Allotments, it is your responsibility to let them on to the site. Please don’t be offended if your visitors are denied access to the site by another plot holder.
Trespassers
If you believe there is someone on the site who isn’t supposed to be there please alert a Committee Member immediately. Emergency contact numbers are displayed at both Penn Road and Wynn Road gates and on the notice board on the outside of the shop.
Tool & Machinery
We strongly recommend that items of value should not stored in sheds or be left on site overnight.
