Penn Gardeners & Allotment Association (PG&AA) is the management committee of Penn Road Allotments; a self-managed site in Wolverhampton.
The Penn Road allotment site itself is owned by City of Wolverhampton Council, and the council maintains our waiting list. We have a Management Agreement with the council in order to operate the site on a day-to-day basis.
We are members of the National Society of Allotments & Leisure Gardeners (NSALG) and hold Public Liability Insurance.

All requests must be made to the Admin Secretary in writing (via letter or email).
Meetings
As we are not a constituted association there is no automatic requirement for PG&AA to hold an annual general meeting or extraordinary general meetings. Such meetings will only be held when they are deemed necessary.
The committee meets four times a year to discuss such things as finances, allocation and maintenance of plots, and site maintenance.
